Every garment begins with what already exists. Sourced from Lagos markets. Dismantled by hand. Rebuilt with intention. The result is not sustainable fashion. It is fashion that survives.

Denim and fabric pulled from Lagos markets — materials with a past life and a story already written into the seams. Nothing is manufactured new.
Dismantled
Each piece is taken apart by hand. Panels, pockets, seams and hardware are separated, graded and kept. What most would discard, we document.
Rebuilt
Reconstructed with intention into a one-of-one garment. No two pieces are ever the same, because no two histories are.
IS A REBIRTH
The name is the thesis. Every drop — of a collection, of a garment, of sweat in the workshop — is a chance for something that already existed to live again. BYPEP is not chasing what is next. It is rebuilding what lasts.
